  21. The closest I've seen is screenotify.library... however, applications
  22. have to be written such that they will use the library.  If they're
  23. not programmed for it they won't use it.

  25. Keep in mind that this requester is not referring to disk or drawer
  26. windows, only program windows and (some) appicons.

  28. If you don't have any applications running on the WB screen when you
  29. get this requester then it's probable you've previously run an
  30. application that behaves badly and leaves a "lock" on the WB screen.
  31. I've found this with AutoStart 95.3 by Ian J. Einman.
